Why I work in the hospitality industry
I work in the hospitality industry because I enjoy interacting with people and helping to create a positive experience. It gives me a sense of fulfillment when guests leave satisfied and everything runs smoothly. For me, it’s not just about the work itself, but especially about the experience we create together as a team.

How I work
I work with energy and a positive attitude. I stay calm in stressful situations, keep track of everything, and make sure everything runs smoothly. I take responsibility, contribute ideas, and try to motivate my colleagues when needed. Hospitality and teamwork are always my top priorities.

What I do
I work in the hospitality industry as a restaurant floor manager. I lead the team, ensure that service runs smoothly, and pitch in on the floor. I also have experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, which gives me a broad understanding of how everything works within a hospitality business.
